Acquire the Radisson Dallas Love Field Hotel |
 April 12, 2007 - Stamford Real Estate (Love Field) LLC (a joint venture including Stamford Real Estate Investments Ltd, an affiliate of Harrell Hospitality Group, and others ) has acquired the 201 room Radisson Dallas Love Field Hotel located at 1241 West Mockingbird Lane, Dallas TX.
A multi million dollar renovation is planned for the property, including the addition of 50 suites to the room inventory. The hotel will be managed by Harrell Hospitality Texas LLC. “We are very pleased with our first hotel investment in the United States” said Uri Goldberg, a principal in Stamford, “we plan further investments, in partnership with Harrell Hospitality, in underperforming full service hotels that we can renovate, potentially rebrand and reposition”. Stamford also invests in hotels in the UK and hotels and other real estate in Europe. Harrell Hospitality, a full service hotel investment and management company, also manages the Biltmore Hotel and Suites, Silicon Valley and the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott.
